Welcome To The Technology Integration Page

Let me take a minute to introduce myself. My name is Susie Brooks and I am the Technology Integration Specialist for HMS.  Prior to holding this position I was a technology  teacher at HMS and for the 8 years before that I served as the Librarian at China Elementary School.

As a Technology Integration Specialist, one of my main jobs is to assist classroom teachers at Henderson with any integration/software/hardware issue they may have. I will also have opportunities to visit the computer labs and share tech lessons with students. I am very excited to be in this position. I feel strongly that all students need a foundation rich in technology skills, as well as technology being used as an exciting enabler of student learning.

As this site develops, I hope to have many useful tools for our teachers, students and parents. If you find information that you feel would be beneficial to have on the Technology site, please contact me.
